Lisa Hillary joined Comcast SportsNet on July 16, 2007, as an anchor/ reporter. She serves as the primary reporter for the network’s Washington Capitals coverage as well as anchoring the network’s live daily news shows, SportsRise and SportsNite, throughout the week.

The Ottawa, Ontario, native previously worked for TSN, Canada’s leading sports network, as an anchor for SportsCentre in Toronto and a reporter for the network’s Calgary bureau, covering the NHL’s Flames along with the CFL.

Most recently, Hillary served as the 11 o'clock news anchor for A-Channel News, a local news affiliate in Ottawa. Hillary has covered some of Canada’s top sports stories such as the NHL lockout, Stanley Cup playoffs, and the Grey Cup. She is an accomplished golfer and was a member of the Quebec Junior Golf team at just 13 years of age.
